Retail Delivery Policies: Our local and next day delivery charge is $12 to $20. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Same day delivery cutoff time is 1:00pm PST. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following day. Local delivery charges and CA sales tax of 9.00% are not included in the arrangement price and will be added to your total. We will attemp to accommodate a delivery time within a 2-4 hour window per your request, however we can't guarantee an exact time of delivery. All deliveries will be completed prior to 5pm. Weekend Deliveries, Saturday deliveries typically require one day advance notice. Please call us if you required same-day delivery on a Saturday. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays.

 

Retail Substitution Policies: Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
